What is Autopilot?
The Full Story
Autopilot wasn’t created in a tech lab.

It was created in the front seat of a driving school car.

I’m Nicole — a working ADI.
And Autopilot started because I was exhausted.

Not from teaching.
From everything else.

The Part No One Sees
People see the lessons.
They don’t see:
• The constant WhatsApp messages
• The enquiries that come in while you’re teaching
• The 9pm price questions
• The diary reshuffles
• The leads you meant to follow up
• The reviews you forgot to request
You finish teaching… and then the admin begins.
And before you know it, your evenings are gone.

I Loved Teaching.
I Hated The Admin.
Teaching gives you energy.
Admin drains it.
If you don’t reply instantly, you lose the enquiry.
If you don’t follow up, someone else does.
If you don’t chase, the lead goes cold.
It felt like the business was running me.

Choosing Balance Over Burnout
The Shift
I didn’t want a massive empire.
I wanted balance.
More time teaching properly.
More time with family.
Less time glued to my phone.
So I partnered with Roman and Dion, AI and automation specialists — and we built something specifically for instructors.
Not generic software.

A system built from real experience.
